Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (business days) after they are received.
However, we have some items with limited availability that will ship within 3-5 business days. If you have an urgent deadline please choose priority mail shipping and let us know.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking numbers. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be assigned and you will be notified via email.
Estimating Arrival Dates
Most packages utilizing USPS First Class Mail delivery arrive within 4-7 business days and can be delayed in transit due to inclement weather or holidays. Packages that ship via USPS Priority Mail generally arrive within 2-3 days. The shipping date is not included when calculating the estimated delivery date.

Defective or Incorrect ItemsIf you received incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete,
please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly.
Any shipping fees are not able to be refunded.
Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.
